In order to truly develop a 'sales culture' it is vital to have access to a regular ongoing training support service to ensure that sales performance is maintained despite staff turnover.
You will have unrestricted and unlimited access to our 3 day programmes.
The training school is held monthly (fortnightly in London), at easily accessible venues, new staff can be trained or retrained quickly.

OYou will be granted the licence to run the G.E.N.I.U.S. system within your facility . The Genius system is a manual system that brings together the whole of the membership sales process. It forms a working structure to ensure that activity, productivity and relationship building becomes the focus of the Membership Advisors daily routine. The G.E.N.I.U.S. system is used in conjuction with a 12 week sales and marketing plan.
