What's the referral campaign?
We send an email to all your current members explaining that they can nominate up to 5 friends for a 10 day guest pass to use the facilities at your club.
This idea is reinforced with a series of reminder emails throughout April and May.
Members click through to our 'Perfect 10' webpage where they leave the details of their friends, family and work colleagues whom they want to nominate for the 10 day Fitness pass
Automatically an email is sent to your club with details of the referral and your members friends will be sent a message advising them that the club will be in touch with them shortly to arrange how they can get their pass.
The club will issue the interested party with a temporary membership card or pass to permit access for the 10 consecutive day period.
A Great Cash Incentive to Join
As part of the promotion, should a customer join your club you can enter BOTH the referring member and the new customer in a limited ticket draw online(7400 maximum tickets) to win £10,000 at £5 per ticket.

It's easy, send us an excel file containing your members names and email addresses.
No email addresses?... Don't Worry! We will be happy to contact your existing members by phone, get their details and initiate the promotion.
